The Incredible Cosmic Ordering Process
Today many people are searching for a way to improve their lives. To live a more fulfilled life, where they are able to have the things they want and enjoy what it is they have. There are many options out there that promise to help you manifest your dreams, but none that work as well as cosmic ordering.
This is actually a practice that is essentially spiritual, but not quite in the religious sense. The core of this method is that you must have the innate belief in yourself that the universe is capable of providing you with whatever you desire from life. You request for something and you shall receive it. This is not essentially a rather saintly process; you need not be enviably pure in order to receive the good things in life! However, being virtuous is a benefit in all walks of life.
Cosmic ordering entails the fulfillment of your desires and objectives. You have to ‘order’ whatever you desire from the universe and in a spiritual manner those needs shall be fulfilled. There might be a rearrangement in your lifestyle or your environment that shall suffice your needs!
According to Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer, to place an order with the universe you must be in, what they call the “field of intent.” This is an energy field, that is obviously invisible, but it is where our spirit connects to the universe and then returns conscious desires.
Chances are more likely then not that you have done this in the past and not even realized it. Think back about a time where you wanted something, or needed something and then by coincidence you got it. This wasn’t coincidence; this was cosmic ordering at work.
For cosmic ordering to work, you must have the power of intention, that is, you must really believe that what you are asking for is what you deserve.
Saying “I want a new car,” or “I want that promotion” and then believing that you shouldn’t get those things because you didn’t earn them, or you didn’t put any effort into getting them will make it so that your order is not fulfilled. If a better life is really what you want, then you have to believe deep down in your soul that you deserve a better life.
Cosmic ordering is really not hard, it is one the easiest processes you can do to change your life. Is there a down side to this? Well, as with anything in life, there are always pluses and minuses to how it is used. Thinking about and believing negative things will also cause those negative things to manifest.
If in your heart of hearts you think that you might get fired soon, then it’ll affect your performance and you will get fired! If you consider instead that you deserve a car or a house, and strongly believe in it, you will get a car soon enough.
Most people spend so many years in an unhappy state of mind that it is difficult for them to believe that they deserve good things and a change of circumstance.
Sometimes your own subconscious mind works against you and tries to keep things in your life the same as they are now.
For success at cosmic ordering you need to train your subconscious mind to make this change possible.
To do this, try a bit of meditation or self hypnosis. And believe in yourself!
Countless amounts of people around the world have completely changed their lives using cosmic ordering. Now it is time for you to start to live the life that you really want. Why not give cosmic ordering a chance and have the kind of life you truly deserve.
Getting an Insight into Our Chakra System
New Age philosophers and alternative medicine practitioners use the term Chakrology to illustrate the study of the human bodys energy points also known as the chakra system. It was the Ancient Hindus who first became aware of the existence of a chakra system in our being and used it for the practice of healing.
It is believed that the human bodys energy centers number in the thousands of which seven are considered of vital importance to our individual well being. The major energy points that comprise our chakra system are the energy centers that all together contribute to our spiritual, mental, and physical well being and essence as an individual person.
Each major energy point of our bodys chakra system possesses a unique function which contributes to a unique feature of our individuality. Although they work independently of each other, they are at the same time processing the energy they gather towards a common goal: our well being.
Although there are various models of the human bodys chakra system they have one thing in common, all models depict an uncanny illustration of the human bodys endocrine system and how the various endocrine glands chemically signal and communicate to one another.
The common representation of our major chakras is a straight ascending line along the spinal column from the base to the top of the head. Modern representations go one step further and assign the primary colors of the color wheel to each of the seven major energy points for a better illustration and to depict particular energy representations as colors symbolize different energy levels as well.
The importance of the seven major energy centers of our body can not be simply disregarded. Since they are continuously open (but invisible) gateways of energy from our surroundings, they directly affect our health and total well being should any glitch in their processes occur. Which is why, even if they are invisible to the eye, taking good care of them is necessary for good health.
The positioning and role of the chakras in our totality (physical, mental and emotional) as human beings give them significant importance in two aspects of our lives: health and illness.
An integral approach to taking care of our body is necessary in order to achieve total wellness. Considering that the nature of our chakra centers is a continuous interaction between themselves, the environment and our body, it can not be dissociated from the physical being simply because it can not be seen. Although this is the case, the physical manifestations of malfunction is very clear and concrete as each one of our energy centers affect certain parts of our physical and spiritual being.
Of the major energy points of our chakra system, only five are believed to possesses a front part (generally dominant) and a rear part (less dominant). The first chakra (located at the base of the spine and portrays an individuals physical vitality and survival) and the seventh chakra (located at the crown of the head and portrays a persons totality of being and spiritual perfection) are usually represented as having only one dominant component. The other five energy points of our chakra systems are spaced between the first and seventh chakras.
It is necessary to understand and be conscious of the functioning of our chakra centers because more energy is channeled through the first and seventh energy centers. With constant exercise of our chakra points, we can manipulate them to send and receive energy equally.
Using Aromatherapy’s Proven Anti-Stress Benefits
Aromatherapy has been around for a long, long time. Humans have been emulsifying, burning, macerating, pressing and distilling plants for their aromas for thousands of years. Only since the dawn of the New Age and modern Western scientific inquiry, however, has the impression of aromatherapy gotten soft. But now, the same scientific institutions are validating the use of essential oils, and their profound anti-anxiety effects. So now, rather than “running for the shelter of mother’s little helper” when things get a little hectic, you can bypass the liquor store, the pharmacy and the junk-food isle and head confidently to the natural health market for a little bottle of scented bliss. Maybe not as decadents for everyone, but the majority of mothers and generally health and wellness-conscious folks will appreciate the healthful choice for themselves, their children and their families.
The body of evidence from controlled, scientifically-valid research has grown significantly over the last decade, demonstrating aromatherapy’s potent anti-anxiety (also called ‘anxiolytic’) action. In most cases, these studies are easily reproduced by the lay practitioner – just rub a little Sandalwood oil on your wrists or diffuse a vial of lavender and you too can partake in the now-proven actions of aromatherapy. A few common oils have significant amounts of research to back them up…let’s have a look at what the science says about these oils, and how you as a regular guy or gal (or mother with one or more active children) can reap these benefits.
Lavender has been the most frequently studied of all the essential oils. Its anti-anxiety (or simply ‘relaxing’) action has been documented both in the laboratory (using stressed-out mice and rats) and in clinical environments with actual human beings. Many, many studies have reported the same thing: inhalation of lavender oil brings calm under a great variety of conditions. At least one study compared Lavender oil aroma to that of Juniper, Cypress, Geranium, Jasmine and Frankincense. It was only the Frankincense that had a somewhat similar effect, but not nearly as effective as Lavender. Several studies compared Lavender’s effect to diazepam (Valium) with Lavender’s aroma having similar (but likely more healthy) calming results. In other studies, Lavender has been shown to improve sleep, decrease conflict between animals, and reduce the amount of pain medication needed by recovering hospital patients.
Sandalwood oil is another well-known stress reducer. For those that may not enjoy the floral aroma of Lavender, Sandalwood could be the oil of choice. Its warm, earthy scent is grounding and centering, being used by some spiritual traditions to enhance relaxed, focused meditative states. The science shows similar results – Sandalwood oil topically applied relaxed the body while stimulating psyche. Studies on sleep/wake cycles using Sandalwood oil topically improved the quality of sleep and lessened waking episodes. A small study using Sandalwood suggested the oil may be helpful in reducing anxiety for palliative care patients. Beyond the scope of Western scientific inquiry, Sandalwood oils and pastes have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of psychological disorders, utilizing its sublime mental-health promoting actions.
While Sandalwood and Lavender have the most data to back them up, many other essential oils have had positive test results. Rose is a standout; it has also been tested alongside Valium (apparently the anti-anxiety gold standard) with better and longer-lasting results. The rose aroma’s effect seem to increase over time, where as benzodiazepines’ effect will tend to decrease – and the test subjects appeared less confused or sedated. Rose, like Lavender, reduced conflict between test subjects as well. For a little variety, you can mix Rose and Sandalwood together (try a 1:4 ratio)…this is a classic Indian aromatic blend combining two of the world’s best known anti-anxiety scents.
Other oils found in research databases include Angelica, Chamomile, Lemon, Lemongrass, Tagetes and Ylang Ylang. Some oils tested didn’t show repeatable results in the laboratory environment, but if you find and oil aroma that you find relaxing, it’s more than likely not purely ‘in your head’; the olfactory (smell) sense is the one of the five senses most directly wired to the brain’s emotional centers. These are, in turn, directly wired to the autonomic nervous system controlling functions such as heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure – all of which are closely tied to one’s level of stress.
So what to do with these stress relieving wonders? They’re really easy to use – one of the great features of aromatherapy. Both topical application and inhalation show repeatable results in laboratory tests. A common method of topical application is to dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil like Jojoba down to 10% or less. Essential oils tend to pass easily into the bloodstream when applied to the skin, so nearly any technique will do. A few drops of your mixture can be placed on the wrists and rubbed together (this is nice, as you’ll smell the aroma as well). For inhalation, there’s a great many aromatherapy diffusers available, from little, inexpensive plug in units, to professional models which make a cloud of pure, intense aroma. For anxiety relief, any model where you can smell the aroma will do the job – the higher end diffusers tend to bathe a larger area in your aroma of choice.
How to chose an oil for you, your family or friends? Aromatherapy choices tends to be some personal. Some folks go mad for Rose Geranium, and other folks can only think of ‘grandma’ (in a nice way!) with the bright scents of florals. These same individuals will often love the grounding aromas of the woods: Sandalwood, Frankincense, Spruce, etc. The beauty of the scientific data is that it’s not one type of essential oil that’s effective to support health and wellness naturally – it’s the santalol in Sandalwood, the linalool in Lavender, and the citronellol in Rose that imparts much of the therapeutic effect. Other oils have different chemical constituents that also bring about relaxation. Even the most scientifically aligned practitioners will tell you: if it feels good, use it. Try a variety of aromas if you’re new, and use your favorite with confidence – relaxed confidence, of course – knowing you’re using some of the best medicine nature has to offer, with the science to back it up.
Do You Leave Everyone You Meet With An Impression of Increase?
Leaving people with an impression of increase means that when you finish an interaction with another person, that person feels like you have contributed positively to their life. This concept is so simple and elementary yet many of us fail to do it.
To truly live this way you need to apply it in every aspect of your life: from the person who cuts you off in traffic to the people you kiss goodnight. Frankly in the hustle and bustle of everyday life this isn’t easy. Its much simpler to react and say something unkind than to pause and think about how you can help or improve the other person’s life for the better.
But when we stop, pause and think about how our interactions will affect another person, we can truly put this principle into action in our lives. This simple thought process can cause a dramatic change in your life and in your everyday dealings with others.
The most important time to apply this is when you are in a difficult situation or a highly emotional one. This is also the time when it will be the hardest to think about how to improve that other person’s life. Sometimes the smallest actions like smiling or simply saying thank you will improve a situation for the better.
We all know people who make us feel warm and happy to see them. They seem to naturally exude a spirit which draws people to them and makes others feel at ease. That easy interaction comes from the same thought process as leaving others with an impression of increase. With these individuals however, this is the way they live and they do not have to consciously think about their actions, it is ingrained in their being.
When we apply this principle to our business lives it makes a world of difference. We have all gone into a store and had a salesperson be rude to us and then vowed to never go back to that store again. Our decision was based solely on the actions of one individual. Not on the quality of merchandise, or how much we liked the store, just on that one person.
Conversely we have been in stores where we are treated like royalty and they capture our repeat business over and over again. The actions of a few people determine the nature of our thoughts about whether we will continue to do business with that entity or not.
By training your employees or yourself to make sure that each person you do business with feels like you have contributed positively to their life you will increase your business exponentially. Your customers and co-workers will become walking billboards on your behalf.
I encourage you to read the chapter on “An Impression of Increase” from Wallace Wattles book “The Science of Getting Rich.
Do You Understand the Power of Perception – Winners Do?
Would you like to discover why the intellectual factor of perception is critical to success?
Successful people understand how important perception is in everything they do. People who consistently fail never seem to realize that the way they perceive the world has a profound impact on their lives. What they think about, what they feel and ultimately the actions they take or do not take are based on perception. Are you someone who is optimistic and sees the glass half full or someone who is pessimistic and always seems to find fault with everything around you? What Is Perception?
Perception is one of our intellectual factors that governs how we view the world. Based on our perception of the world around us can we make decisions about where we want to go and who we want to be. Doesn’t it seem logical that if perception is the beginning of thought formulation than it deserves some attention?
How can I use the intellectual factor of perception?
You were born perfect. Your intellectual factor of perception when you were a baby was incredible. You used your five senses: sight, smell, taste, hearing, and touch to observe the world around you. As you matured you started to form beliefs that shaped your perceptions. For example, if a child went to the gas station with his father and noticed the price of gas was five dollars a gallon he would see this information, but not have a special belief associated with it. The father on the other hand might view this price of gas as a serious problem. Based on the father’s frame of reference he might perceive that the price of gas directly relates to his disposable income. Is it a fact or is this a belief that the price of gas is a major contributor to someone’s disposable income?
Another way to perceive the same situation is that the price of gas has gone up and therefore costs have gone up. Therefore I better get more creative to serve more people so I can earn more money to have an even better lifestyle.
Another interpretation might be gee the price of gas is going up maybe I should buy an call option on crude oil. You can either respond or react to the world around you. A response implies the act of thinking and looking for the good in the situation while simply reaction implies no thinking and often complaining.
How Do You Perceive Life?
Are you one of those individuals who always seems to find the positive side of any situation? Do you look for the good in people or do you pick apart all of their faults? Are you essentially a happy person or are you generally depressed? Perhaps somewhere in between? Do you think there is room for improvement to be happier and more in control of your emotions? All of these questions have one thing in common – your perceptions cloud everything around you.
Make up your mind to change the way you perceive things for a happier and healthier life.
I believe you’re reading this article because you really do want to be happier, healthier and wealthier. These are the basic factors that we can consider in terms of getting really great results in life. If this is you, and if you are serious, I challenge you to become hyperaware of how you perceive everything around you. Stop complaining to people and to yourself when things do not go well. Have the strength to be able to keep a positive mental attitude during difficult times and look for the good in a bad situation. Ask yourself what is the alternative? If you have a bad situation on your hands and you look for what’s bad about the situation how can this lead to any good? Unless you’re one of those strange people who enjoy wallowing in misery this is not a recipe for a successful life.
The intellectual factor of perception is a very important ingredient to building awareness and knowledge. Successful people understand this and choose to be very cognizant of how they perceive things. I encourage you to be optimistic and to realize that there are many ways to look at a situation. What looks to you to be an obvious solution from another angle might appear completely different. Focus at looking at issues from multiple vantage points and I guarantee you’ll get better results.
Lose Weight, Gain Muscle
Did you know that you lose between 0.5 and 2% of your muscle mass every year over the age of forty? Thats quite scary, isnt it? Just when you think youve got the measure of life, you start to wither away! Just think what its like when youre 70 +, you will have lost a lot of muscle ” maybe up to 60%.
Its difficult to imagine losing this amount of muscle mass, but this what everybody experiences. How we all cope with old age is difficult to imagine.
Along with your vanishing muscle mass theres another problem. Because you have less muscle your ability to burn calories becomes impaired. A less efficient metabolism means that you put on fat. The bottom line is that over the age of 40 you have a reducing muscle mass and a less efficient metabolism ” everything youve ever wanted!
Old age for hundreds of millions of people across the world is blighted by being unable to perform some very basic functions without great difficulty. It leads to great unhappiness and puts an enormous strain on health care services. But it neednt be the case.
Can anything be done? Is it possible to do anything about reversing muscle loss? Until recently it was thought that it was impossible to reverse the effects of age related muscle loss. This is no longer the case. Muscle can be regenerated. A regular program of resistance exercises will help to regenerate muscle.
There is also an added bonus because it has also been found that having healthy muscles helps to strengthen your bones too. Theres another plus. Healthy, well exercised muscles will keep your metabolism functioning properly and youll be able to keep any weight gain in check.
Dont think that this muscle regeneration applies only to old people, it applies to everybody. If you want to keep your metabolism in trim you need to have healthy muscles. This is a fitness for life issue as well as being a means to keep control of your weight.
If youre overweight its a good idea to tackle this as early as possible. If you carry too much weight with you as you get older, youll find it more and more difficult to get rid of it, but get rid of it you must. To lose weight permanently you need to make personal change. The best way to do this is to find a program that will help you to make change by learning new habits ” slim habits. Ideally it should also include a personal exercise plan. If you think you need to take action, dont delay. Look after that body of yours, its the only one youll ever have!
Getting Your ExGirlfriend Back Is Not Easy
When she broke up with you, you keep thinking about everything that happened and wished that things have been different. You write her letters trying to get her back and make her your girl again.
You know you are desperate to get your woman back. But, do you really know what went wrong in your relationship? The real reasons for the breakup might be puzzling you. But it is better to stop thinking about it and move on with your life.
The truth is, if you really want to get your ex girlfriend back, then you should be ready to forget about her for a while, and focus on other things such as your hobbies or your studies. To help you win her back, you should let her go first. Sounds confusing? When you take some time away from your woman, you will be able to think things over and examine your own feelings. If you are still in love with your exgirlfriend, then it will be clear to you.
Be honest to yourself. Do you still want to get back together with your girl or you are more interested in moving on with your life? If you still want to get her back, then you should try to figure out her feelings about you.
However, do not try to beg your girl to get back with you. It will only scare her away. Do not insist yourself. If you have been apart from her for some time, she is probably missing you as much as you are missing her. Be a little hard to get but do not over do it. Just try to show her that you are doing fine without her. This will make her rethink things between the two of you.
If she still has some feelings for you, she will get back with you. You can also use specific strategies to get your exgirlfriend back. Such strategies will be really effective in planning your next move. One of the highly recommended getting back together guide is “The Magic of Making Up”.
Brain Fitness Training – Make Yourself Smarter
French psychologist Alfred Binet, a keen student of human individualities and potentials and the inventor of the first IQ test, considered the concept of fixed intelligence a “brutal pessimism.” He worried that a low IQ score might carry with it an indelible stigma. But others soon sought to use IQ to discriminate and categorize; Henry Goddard, for instance, the father of IQ testing in the United States, privately favored forced sterilization of those he thought of as mental defectives and publicly advocated programs of segregation.
For several generations it’s been commonly believed that our childhood IQ remains more or less stable throughout life. But the science on the matter contradicts this belief, disproving Goddard’s prejudice. Whereas some degree of intelligence derives from inheritance, a large part is shaped and developed through our environment and formative experience.
Which means, of course, that we should be able to take steps to increase our IQ. But until a remarkable study made public in April of this year, no one had any clue how to do it.
Brain Training That Makes You Smarter
It was Graeme Halford (a Professor of Psychology at the University of Queensland) who first proposed that the brain functions that work on problem-solving compete for processing cycles with the functions that control working-memory. Halford theorized that our capacity to hold things in our mind overlaps with the functions of fluid intelligence.
A team of researchers from the Universities of Michigan and Bern picked up on Halford’s theory and took it a step further. If working-memory can be increased by training, they posited, perhaps this would lead to an increase in fluid intelligence. To test this idea, the scientists developed a task that would develop a subject’s working-memory.
Using questions from a standard IQ test and comparing to a control group who weren’t trained, the study showed that fluid intelligence did increase with working-memory training. Moreover, the increases were considerable. With just 19 days of training, all participants in the trained group recorded increases over and above the control group of more than 40%.
The team published its results in April of this year, engendering a good deal of attention. Not surprisingly, many people who read about the study wanted to try the training for themselves. (In the interests of full disclosure, I should point out that I was one of those people; my company launched a commercial version of the working-memory training back in June. I’ve experienced myself and heard from many customers that the training works just as well outside the lab. We’ve even had people increase IQ scores on full-scale moderated tests – a finding that the researchers hesitated to predict.)
Finally then we can relegate the concept of fixed IQ to the scrap-heap of mistaken ideas. Alfred Binet would appreciate this advance, I bet, although he might wonder why it took so long for us to get here.
What You Need To Know About The Human Body Anatomy
To total it up in a casual sentence, the study of the human anatomy is the scientific study of the human body. Now this is where the word casual stops. Once you begin your studies, there is no question that once you read the first few lines of the introduction you are going to ask , what did I get myself into . Do Not panic. The knowledge you are going to gain from the subject of the human anatomy, with connect and associate into a organized style just as the human body does.
You will shortly study that you learn a set of facts it will take you onto a different set of facts. If you read in cubes of facts, before you acknowledge it you are going to have a very good base in the study of medicine. Its very much like working on a jig saw puzzle. You do all the margins then start filling in the pieces. it is the same with your studies. The fundamentals are your margins, then all the systems and functions are the parts. Thinking about it this way perhaps takes away some of the panic and doubts you are now experiencing. You will get frustrated along the way. You have probably often been told take one day at a time, now I am suggesting that you take 1 body part at time. Before you acknowledge it you will standing in front of a group of people proudly accepting your diploma.
It Is amusing to notice that when a scholar is analysing the human anatomy and somebody asks what are they learning. That somebody will say, oh I am going to be a Physician or nurse, etc . They will name the profession as matched to the subject. Very seldom will you see them say I am taking the human anatomy.
Acquiring on with your subjects will most likely begin with your foundation. Right from the start you are starting to read a entirely different speech, being medical terminology. There is no escaping from it. If you are going to be entering the medical world then you need to know how to talk in the medical world. If you do not, you will get completely lost, and will more than likely fail your course. Once again this is not so challenging if you set up some learning patterns. Let me give you an example.
You will read the scientific study of the morphology of the human body.
Great the starting sentence and the 1st medical word morphology. So now what do you do.
No uncertainty you will have some medical resources that has a terminology part. Set Out there, look up the word morphology. Does it say in fairly simple terms that it is the study of outer appearance. Like the shape ,structure, color, pattern of an organism.
Ok now rewrite the introductory sentence in simpler terms, like this, The scientific study of the (morphology) which is the outer appearance of an organism, such as the shape ,structure, color, and pattern. Praises you just mastered your starting medical term. At Present how do you remember? Write this sentence on a study sheet, both ways, just as we did here. Highlight the medical word with a yellow marker. Now when it gets time to study you have your block. Remember as we previously wrote, learn in blocks? This is a perfect example.
